- Name and email address, when you complete the cognitive vitality quiz and enter your details to receive your results.
- Payment information, processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number on our servers.
- Quiz responses, your answers to the brain health assessment quiz.
Information collected automatically
- IP address and approximate location, city and country, used for fraud prevention and analytics.
- Device and browser information, operating system, browser type, and device type.
- Usage data, pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns on our Site.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share your information only in these limited circumstances:
Stripe
Payment processor. Stripe handles all credit card transactions. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
Supabase
Database provider, which stores your lead and account information on secure, encrypted servers.
Meta (Facebook)
Meta Pixel and Conversions API for ad measurement. Hashed (SHA-256) email addresses may be shared with Meta. Privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Legal requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
We use the following tracking technologies on our Site:
Meta Pixel
A browser-side script that tracks page views and conversion events (Lead, InitiateCheckout, Purchase) for advertising measurement.
First-party analytics
We track page views and funnel metrics internally (no third-party analytics platform like Google Analytics).

Used to maintain your quiz progress and login state.
